  • What makes me feel safe to shine?

  • When have I abandoned my needs for others?

  • What version of me am I becoming as I heal?



How to Use These Prompts

Create a safe, calm space (candles, tea, soft music).

Journal freely — don’t censor your thoughts.

Reflect after writing: what patterns do you notice?

Practice gentle integration: affirmations, movement, or rituals that support your insights.
