Why a Sunday Reset Matters

Sunday Nervous System Reset Ritual:


Step 1: Power Down the Screens

Step 2: Body Scan & Breath

Lie or sit comfortably and do a simple 2-minute scan: head, neck, shoulders, chest, belly — slow your breathing, exhale tension. This signals safety to your nervous system — a key step in lowering stress hormones and prepping your mind for rest.


Step 3: Journal Reflections + Releases
