A calm end to Season 1, a needed winter reset, and everything you can expect when Glowfully returns with a deeper, herbalism-led direction in the new year.
I wanted to give you a proper update about the podcast and everything happening behind the scenes at Aléora.
Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been really unwell, cold/flu symptoms, my voice not cooperating, and a level of fatigue that makes recording feel impossible. After trying to push through and realising the quality wasn’t where I want it to be, I’ve made the decision to take the rest of December off from publishing new episodes.
Rather than forcing content when I’m not well, I’m choosing to pause, reset, and come back stronger.

Why I’m Taking a Break
Recording Glowfully takes energy, clarity, and a calm voice, none of which I’ve had while being ill. I want the podcast to feel high quality, supportive, and grounded for you, and right now I need the space to recover properly.
Taking December off also allows me to:
Fully rest my voice
Adjust my audio setup and improve my recording environment
Rebuild my energy without pressure
Plan Season 2 with intention
What You Can Expect in Season 2
Season 2 is going to be the strongest, most aligned version of Glowfully so far.
I’m leaning deeper into the work I’m trained in:
Herbalism
Holistic wellness practices
Women’s health
Nervous system care
Energy regulation for women
Seasonal living & root causes of imbalance
Glowfully will feel even more grounded, informative, and educational, not just supportive but deeply practical. Think of it as a blend of:
Women’s holistic health
Body literacy
Herbal support
Lifestyle shifts
Emotional wellness
Mind–body–energy balance
My goal is for every episode to teach you something you can apply immediately.
Where to Find Content in the Meantime
Although the podcast is resting for December, nothing is stopping.Everything I WOULD be discussing on the podcast will still be published as:
Weekly blog posts on www.byaleora.com
Free weekly posts on byaleora.substack.com
Daily updates across social media
So you’re not missing anything, the content has simply moved platforms for a few weeks while I get better.
You’ll still receive the full weekly Glowfully themes, the full breakdowns, the wellness lessons, and the holistic guidance. The only difference is the format.
Taking Care of Yourself This Winter
Winter is naturally a slower season, and your body needs more care, more warmth, more grounding foods, more hydration, more rest. If you’ve been feeling tired, flat, overwhelmed, or overstimulated, it’s not a sign something is wrong. It’s the season.
Some small practices that help:
Warm, cooked meals
Herbal teas (chamomile, ginger, tulsi, lemon balm)
Extra sleep
Less screen time
Slow mornings
Grounding routines
More mindful breathing
Saying no when needed
December is a time to repair, not perform.
Coming Back in January
Glowfully will return in January with:
Season 2
A deeper herbalism-led approach
More structured chapters
Clearer, cleaner audio
Stronger women’s health education
A calmer, more confident energy
New wellness themes for 2026
I’ll be keeping you updated on Instagram and Substack, so you won’t miss a thing.
Thank you for being part of Season 1, it was such a beautiful foundation. And Season 2 is going to take Glowfully to a whole new level.
I’ll be back in January.Take care xx
